The Plainview-Old Bethpage Public Library will be undergoing a Family Restroom/Café Renovation Project that is expected to be completed by May 2024.  A new Family Restroom with modern, gender, and family-inclusive facilities will be constructed adjacent to the existing Womens’ Restroom on the main floor of our western vestibule. Family restrooms are designed to be barrier-free spaces with the goal of improving accessibility and inclusiveness.  This oversized restroom will allow parents and caregivers a much-needed space to assist with their attendees and will also provide a safe space for anyone who is not comfortable using a multi-stall restroom.
