The Plainview-Old Bethpage Public Library is excited to participate in the Great Give Back in October 2026! The mission of The Great Give Back is to provide a day of opportunities for the patrons of the Public Libraries of New York State to participate in meaningful, service-oriented experiences. No registration required and open to all.
Collections will take place in the Library's lobby.
Pet Food, Toys, and Supply Drive
Donate food, supplies, and toys to benefit local shelter cats and dogs in need at Last Hope Animal Shelter! A list of most needed items will be available soon.
Eyeglasses Drive
Donate gently used prescription eyeglasses and/or sunglasses to be recycled and help restore vision for those in need.
