To use the library meeting room for meetings between July and the end of June the following year, please download the meeting room packet. Every May, the new application packet for meeting dates between July and June of the following year will be available. We will accept completed applications beginning every May. Please contact Adult Programs and Events for exact dates. Please complete and return the “Application for Use” and “Meeting Reservation” form.
Please note that library sponsored programs have first priority. Space assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis to non-profit community groups.
