POB Grows with our Community 2026
Dates: March 23 - September 8, 2026
The Plainview-Old Bethpage Public Library is excited to announce our seed library for 2026! Patrons with a POB Library card can come in to get seed packets for their gardens.
Procedure:
- Sign up at the Reference Desk beginning March 23, 2026 - must have a valid POB Library Card.
- Each household can select up to eleven varieties from any category. Limit one packet per variety.
- Plant your seeds.
- Send us pictures of your plants growing to [email protected] to share with your community!
First come, first served while supplies last. Please only take those seeds that you will grow!
