Public computers
We have 8 computers for the public in the Reference Department and 2 computers in the Family Center for children (up to 12th grade) which are all connected to printers.
Users sign up for one hour sessions, which may be extended if no one else is waiting. Guest passes are issued for people who do not have library cards.
Printing costs: black & white copies - 5¢, color - 25¢
Wifi
The Plainview-Old Bethpage Public Library is pleased to offer free wireless Internet access to our patrons. You may use your wireless-enabled laptop or other smart device in the Library with full wifi accessibility. Please note the system does not permit you to use VPN to log into another computer remotely. If you would like to review our Public Access Internet/ World Wide Web Policy, please contact the business office.
Fax and Copy Machines
The Library's fax machine is located at the Welcome Desk.

- U.S. - $1.00 first page, .50 each additional page (to the same #)
- INTERNATIONAL - $1.50 first page, .75 each additional page (to the same #) International Code = Dial 011 before number
- Incoming faxes are .50 per sheet.
There are 2 public copiers available.
